What is Damper Pulley?
It is attached to the crankshaft of the engine, which reduces the torsional vibration, torsional noise and prevents the damages of timing gears, metal bearings and crankshaft main parts that is caused by the rotational force of the crankshaft when the linear motion of the connecting rod is transmitted by the rotational motion of the crankshaft due to the force generated by the piston explosion of the engine.
It also transmits power to major engines such as water pumps, alternators and compressors through inertia ring.

When the case and the relative motion are generated by the inertia force of the built-in inertia ring, the relative vibration of the case and the inertia amount causes the silicon oil in the case to transmit the force Vibration energy is generated as thermal energy to reduce torsional vibration

If there is a torsional vibration in the engine’s Rated Speed limit line, with two masses, the first Mass pushes the torsional vibration of the Rated Speed threshold to high rpm, and the second mass has the function of lowering the low rpm torsional vibration.
