Multicultural Family Support Project
We are proceeding a multicultural family support project in Boryeong-si
There are 2,781 foreigners in a population of 103,873 Boryeong residents as of 2017, and 640 people of them have started a multicultural family there. For those who have different skin colors but live in Korea as a Korean citizen, we are dedicated to supporting them to lead their affluent life and also help their early settlement through various support projects such as nondiscriminatory employment, material support for multicultural families.
Youth employment support project
In order to solve youth unemployment and fulfill its role as a social enterprise, we have formed a “Youth Employment Council” with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Boryeong City Hall, and are working together to resolve the unemployment problem. In 2014, the government received the prime minister’s citation as an “excellent job creation company.” In 2017, 450 employees are currently working with 200 employees to share their jobs. We will continue to strive for various forms of “job creation” in the future.
Local village support project
We are carrying out a “one company one village sisterhood relationship” project with Boryeong city in Korea. As a local corporation, we share our philosophy of mutual prosperity with local villages that are facing difficulties with short hand in an aging society. We accomplish this through wide range of activities such as direct exchanges on a local agricultural products and helping people in the farming season.
